The admissions office will review your application and notify you of the outcome with an official offer letter.

Enrol & Register

Complete enrollment by paying your tuition fees as per Policy AU/FIN/001/2027 and reporting to campus on opening day.

Entry Requirements

All programmes require proof of secondary school completion. Additional requirements vary by faculty.

General Requirements

  • South Sudan School Leaving Certificate (SSSLC) or equivalent qualification (O-Level)
  • Minimum aggregate of principal passes in relevant subjects
  • Certified academic transcripts or school certificates
  • Completed Application Form (available on this page)
  • Copy of national ID, passport, or birth certificate
  • 2 recent passport-sized photographs

Faculty-Specific Requirements

Health Sciences

Credit passes in Biology, Chemistry, and/or Physics at O-Level. Some programmes may require additional selection interviews.

Computing and Technology

Credit passes in Mathematics and either Physics or Computer Studies at O-Level.

Business and Management

Credit passes in Mathematics and at least one Business or Social Studies related subject at O-Level.

Agriculture and Environmental Sciences

Credit passes in Biology and/or Chemistry at O-Level. Agriculture as a subject is an added advantage.

Social Sciences and Law

Credit passes in English Language plus any two Social Studies, History, or Humanities subjects at O-Level.

Tuition Payment Policy

Policy Reference: AU/FIN/001/2027

Africon University is committed to transparent and flexible tuition payment arrangements that support our students' academic journey.

Full Payment

Students who pay the full semester tuition fee by the deadline will receive a receipt and be fully registered. Full payment attracts no additional charges.

Installment Plan

Students may pay tuition in structured installments as approved by the Finance Office. At least 50% of the semester fee must be paid before registration.

Financial Support

Limited bursary and scholarship opportunities are available for deserving students. Contact the Finance Office for eligibility criteria under Policy AU/FIN/001/2027.

Payment Policy AU/FIN/001/2027 — Key Provisions

  • • Students with outstanding balances exceeding the approved threshold will not be allowed to sit examinations.
  • • All payments must be made through designated bank accounts or official payment channels. Cash payments to individuals are not authorized.
  • • Official receipts must be obtained for all payments and presented upon request by university offices.
  • • Students facing financial hardship should approach the Finance Office proactively to arrange a payment plan before deadlines.
